This policy covers laozitech.com, operated by Laozitech Solutions, headquartered in Amman, Jordan. It describes the personal information this website collects and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the contact form:
- Your name and email address (required)
- Your company and phone number (optional)
- The service you are interested in, and your message
We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site, and we do not set cookies for tracking. Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Why we collect it, and what we do with it
We use it for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. When you submit the form, its contents are emailed to info@laozitech.com and stored in that mailbox. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Who else can see it
Our email is hosted by Google (Gmail), so submissions pass through and are stored on Google’s infrastructure. The website runs on our own server in Germany, operated by Hetzner Online GmbH. These are the only third parties involved in handling your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained for up to 24 months so we can pick up an earlier conversation, then deleted. Server access logs are rotated and deleted within 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@laozitech.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
